Welcome to SkyCastle Interest LLC doing business as Kinnetik. By using our services you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully so you know exactly what to expect when working with us.

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions explain how our services work and what both you and Kinnetik can expect throughout the process. By moving forward with our services you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.

2. Services Provided
Kinnetik provides web development and branding design services for small businesses. Our services include, but are not limited to:

3. What We Need From You
To keep your project moving smoothly, you agree to provide any needed content, materials, or feedback in a timely manner. Slow or missing responses may delay the project, and we cannot be responsible for delays caused by late feedback or missing information.

4. Payments and Refunds
You pay a one time fee to build your website, and that includes your first full year of hosting. There are no monthly subscription fees, setup fees, maintenance fees, or surprise charges.
​After your first year of hosting, you can renew for a small yearly hosting fee which will be listed clearly when renewal time arrives. You can also choose to move your site to any hosting provider you prefer.
​If you cancel within the first 7 full days after purchase, you are eligible for a 50 percent refund. Starting on the 8th day, no refunds can be issued because work begins almost immediately.

5. Ownership
Once your project is paid in full and your site has been hosted by Kinnetik for at least 30 days, the website is fully yours. This includes the design, layout, and all files. After this period, you are free to take your website to any hosting provider or continue hosting with Kinnetik.

We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you prefer otherwise. If you do, simply let us know, and we will respect your request.

6. Revisions and Project Flow
Your website includes unlimited revisions during the active build phase, completed one at a time. We are happy to refine your project until it feels like home, though we also encourage healthy progress so your website can launch and begin serving your business.

7. Confidentiality
Any private or sensitive information shared with us will remain confidential. We do not share client information without permission.

8. Liability
We work hard to deliver high quality results, but we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes such as increased revenue or specific search rankings. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our services. Clients are responsible for ensuring their website and business comply with local laws and regulations.

9. Hosting and Interruptions
Your first year of hosting is included. If a renewal payment is ever declined in the future, your website will remain active for 15 days. After 15 days of non payment, the site will be temporarily disconnected. Once payment is made, the site will be restored in full.

10. Governing Law
​These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will first be addressed through good faith communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be handled in a Texas court.​

11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any updates will be posted on our website. Continuing to use our services means you accept the most current version.
