1. Do I own my website once it’s finished? Yes! After your first month of hosting, your site is 100% yours. You own the design, copy, and all files. If you ever choose to host elsewhere, we hand everything over, no hoops, no hidden clauses.
2. What happens after I purchase my website online? Once you purchase, you’ll instantly receive a welcome email with next steps and access to your client portal. From there, we’ll schedule your kickoff call, gather any assets or inspiration, and begin the build. You’ll get regular updates and weekly check-ins until launch.
3. What do you need from me to get started? Just the basics: your business name, what you offer, and any existing branding (if you have it). That’s it. We handle the design, copywriting, structure, SEO foundation, and all technical setup. You focus on your business while we build your company's digital home.
4. How long does it take to build my website? Most projects launch in 4–7 days, depending on your package and how quickly you provide feedback.
5. Can I update my website later or request changes? Absolutely. Every site includes unlimited revisions during the build phase (one at a time). After launch, simply message us through your client portal for updates anytime, we’ll keep your site fresh, accurate, and built to convert.
6. What’s “high-converting copy,” and why does it matter? It’s the difference between a website that looks good and a website that gets results. We write all your copy for you, crafted to sound like you, connect with your audience, and turn visitors into customers. Everything is SEO-ready from day one, so you start off strong with search visibility. No homework, no blank document stress.
7. Do you build e-commerce websites? Not at the moment. We currently focus on high-performing business websites that convert visitors into customers quickly. E-commerce packages are coming soon, stay tuned.
8. What’s your cancellation and refund policy? You can cancel within the first 7 days for a 50% refund. After 7 days, all payments are non-refundable since work begins immediately.
9. How does your pricing work? It’s simple: one flat fee to build your website, and to host it and maintain it for 1 year. No setup fees, no surprise charges, and no add-on invoices you didn’t agree to. What you see is what you pay. After the year is up, you keep your site with Kinnetik for a small yearly hosting and maintenance fee (to be determined) or you can choose to take your site elsewhere.
10. Am I really working with a US-based designer? Yes, 100%. You’ll work directly with a US-based designer in your time zone, fluent in English and Español. No bots, no ticket chains, and no outsourcing overseas. Just a real human who understands your business and your market.
